Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Basic plan is free forever with no credit card required. Pro and Starter plans will have a 14-day free trial when billing launches.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time to add more members. We won't lock out your existing members.
How does the Club plan work?
The Club plan covers your entire organization — one annual payment covers unlimited teams and unlimited members. You can invite other coaches to manage their own teams under your club.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We never store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no long-term contracts. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
